ENROLLMENT For the 2024-2025 School year

4CCN is currently accepting applications for enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year from all children in the community. To process your application for enrollment, we will require a copy of your child’s birth certificate, a completed registration form, and a registration fee of $90, which is non-refundable. Also required at the time of registration is your child's tuition for May 2025 (to be held in an escrow-like account until May 2025), which may be refundable providing specific conditions are adhered to. Upon completion of registration, new families will be placed on a tentative wait list until in-house registration for current students is complete. Once in-house registration is complete, new students will be assigned a spot based on a first-come-first-served basis. This will occur the first week of February 2025. New enrollments not assigned a spot in a class can remain on the wait list or have their May 2025 tuition deposit refunded. The $90 registration fee is non-refundable. The Director reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any child at any time for reasons deemed necessary. For full details, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Tuition RATES For The 2024-2025 School year

Our tuition rates for the next school year are as follows: 

  • 5-Day Program: Monday through Friday 9:15 am - 1:15 pm

    • Tuition: $600.00 per month or $5,400.00 annually

  • 3-Day Program: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:15 am - 1:15 pm

    • Tuition: $490.00 per month or $4,410.00 annually

  • 2-Day Program: Tuesday, Thursday 9:15 am - 1:15 pm

    • Tuition: $390.00 per month or $3,510.00 annually

STAY & PLAY EXTENDED PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

  • 2s 1-Hour Program: 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

    • 2 Days/week $125.00/month

    • 3 Days/week $175.00/month

    • 5 Days/week $200.00/month

  • 3s & 4s 2-Hour Program: 1:15 pm - 3:00 pm

    • 2 Days/week $225.00/month

    • 3 Days/week $275.00/month

    • 5 Days/week $350.00/month

Tuition PAYMENT Details for 2024-2025

Tuition is due each month September through April. An invoice will be emailed on or around the 25th of the month prior to the month payment is due. Payments are accepted through the payment portal, scheduled bank check (please schedule them for the 1st of the month), or personal check. Payments are due 10 days from the invoice date.

If we do not receive your tuition by the due date, there will be a delinquent fee of $25.00 per week. We do not expect you to make a special trip to bring in the tuition if your child is sick. You may mail in your tuition, and the date of the postmark will be considered the date of payment.

We encourage using electronic payments. Our Business Manager will email a monthly invoice with an option to pay via bank transfer. You may also contact your bank directly whereby your bank will send 4CCN a check on the first of each month September 2024 through April 2025. May 2025 tuition was paid at time of registration.

Please don’t write a tuition check if there is a possibility your check might "bounce". Please speak to the Business Manager or Director about permission for a late payment.  You will be charged $35.00 for each check the bank returns to the nursery school.

Program Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to withdraw your child from our program, a month's notice must be given. Your May 2025 tuition is refundable provided the Director is contacted in writing prior to August 1, 2024 (if before start of school year) or at least thirty (30) days prior to the withdrawal of your child once school has begun.

Medical Examination

No child shall be admitted to the nursery without a completed written report of medical examination. The report must be completed on a standardized form supplied by the Maryland State Health Department, and will be given to you at the time of registration. Children already enrolled and returning for another year do not need to complete a new form.
