5/29: End of years picnic

The last day of the school year for

in-person learning for the T/TH

classes is Tuesday, May 27th and

for the MWF & 5 day classes is

Wednesday, May 28th.

Our End of the year picnic is

Thursday, May 29th at MLK Park.

LOOKING FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER

Returning families, here are some dates for your calendar:

8/28 & 8/29 – Get Acquainted Open House 9:15 – 10:15 AM

9/1 – Labor Day, No School

9/2 – First Say of School

KINDERGARTEN

A survey went out to see where your child is attending

Kindergarten. Please complete the survey as soon as

possible, so that I can compile the information for all the

families. If you have not registered your child yet, please call

your home school for registration information.

MAY SNACKS

This month we will enjoy the following snacks: carrots/

cucumbers with dip, cookies with juice, crackers with

peanut butter or cheese, and leftovers. If there is a snack

your child cannot have, please let their teacher know.

AP TESTING

High school students from our area will be taking their AP

exams during the weeks of May 5 – May 16. The social hall

can be used for testing. When testing is taking place there

will be no contact between the high school students and

4CCN.

END OF YEAR CELEBRATION

Thursday, May 29th is our last day of school for the 2024 –

2025 school year. It is a 4CCN tradition to have an end-of-

year picnic at a local park. All classes and staff will come

together from 10 – 12:30 to celebrate the end of the school

year and the beginning of summer. Our picnic will be at

MLK Park. Please mark your calendars for this fun event!

END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

This school year’s almost over,

And it’s been a special year!

Soon we won’t have class together,

Summer break is growing near.

We’ve worked hard together,

I’m so proud of all you’ve done.

We got to know each other,

And we’ve had a lot of fun!

After this year’s over,

I hope you get some rest.

But most of all, I hope you know,

Having you here has been the best!

our community of families.

for making our consignment sale a huge success.

times.

Thank you to all of our substitutes who are always willing to

help us.

Thank you to Donna for always lending a hand when needed

and for her hard work.

Thank you to my fabulous teachers who go above and beyond

and work countless hours to make our school so special.

Thank you for sharing your children with us. They give us so

much joy and laughter.
