The summer months are quickly flying by and we are preparing for the 2017-2018 school year.  August letters regarding the start of school will be mailed on August 23rd. This letter will include your teacher/class assignment and details for the Get Acquainted Open House. Tuesday/Thursday 3 & 5-day 4s classes will have Open House on Thursday, September 7th from 9:15 -10:15. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3 & 4 year old classes, Friday, September 8th from 9:15 – 10:15.  

The first day of school is Monday, September 11th. The first two weeks of school, the 3 & 4 year olds will have a 3 hour day 9:15-12:15. 2 year old’s Open House is on Monday, September 11th or Tuesday, September 12th from 9:15 -10:15.  Please check our calendar for complete 2 year old calendar for first 2 weeks of school.

Tuition is due at Open House. Tuition can be paid either on line (through invoice sent to your email address on file), by bank check or dropping off check in office.

Tuition for 2017 -2018:

• Tuesday/Thursday: $290.00 per month
• Monday/Wednesday/Friday: $350.00 per month
• 5 Day: $470.00 per month

If your plans for 2017-2018 change and you do not plan to have your child attend 4CCN, we will need to know IN WRITING by August 1, 2017 for you to receive your refund of May 2018 deposit.

Please make tuition checks payable to 4 Corners Community Nursery. Your tuition check is due the first consecutive Thursday and Friday of each month as follows for the 2017-2018 school year:

• September 7 & 8
• October 5 & 6
• November 2 & 3
• December 7 & 8
• January 4 & 5
• February 1 & 2
• March 1 & 2
• April 5 & 6

If we do not receive your tuition on the above dates, there will be a delinquent fee of $20.00 per week. We do not expect you to make a special trip to bring in the tuition if your child is sick. You may mail-in your tuition, and the date of the postmark will be considered the date of payment.

We encourage using electronic payments. Our Business Manager will email a monthly invoice with an option to pay via bank transfer. You may also contact your bank directly whereby your bank will send 4CCN a check on the first of each month September 2017 through April 2018.

Please don’t write a tuition check if there is a possibility your check might "bounce". Please speak to  the Business Manager or Director about permission for a late payment.  You will be charged $25.00 for each check the bank returns to the nursery.

Since 1974, 4 Corners Community Nursery (4CCN) has provided our parents and the community with the opportunity to sell children’s used clothing and toys at our bi-annual consignment sales, which serve as fundraisers for the school. In the past, the sales have proven very successful for both 4CCN and its consignors. A portion of each sale’s proceeds are used to purchase new equipment and educational materials for the classrooms, maintain the playground as well as provide funds for in-house field trips.

The profits from the sale are split equally between the consignors and 4CCN. We believe our Fall Pricing Guide & Spring Pricing Guide make the sale attractive to buyers (generally 50% or more off of best retail prices) while also fairly compensating consignors.
